Shipping Policies

SHIPPING

Unless specifically noted on a product, we offer free shipping for all retail orders.

All products under the U.S. CLEARANCE section ship from Athens, GA, USA through USPS. After purchase, your item will ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information for your order once the item has shipped. Once shipped, the item will usually arrive within 3-5 business days to any location within the USA. This timeframe may change during high volume shipping seasons, including the month of December.

All other products, EXCLUDING those under U.S. CLEARANCE, ship from Marrakech, Morocco through DHL (please note, there is no shipping service in Tameslouht, Morocco where the items are handmade). After purchase, your item will ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information for your order once the item has shipped to stay up to date on your order's status. Once shipped, the item will usually arrive within 7-10 business days. 

If your order includes items from both the U.S. CLEARANCE section and our Morocco collections, your items will arrive separately and you will be provided with separate tracking information for each item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate overnight shipping.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS/ MODIFICATIONS

Depending on the order, it may be possible for us to accommodate order modifications within 24 hours of an order being placed. Please email hello@lamaisonmaslouhi.com for inquiries. No cancellations can be made after an order is placed.

 

LOCAL PICK-UPS/ DELIVERY

Those in Athens, GA may select a contactless local pick-up or delivery option at check-out. Please email hello@lamaisonmaslouhi.com for further information.
