Return-Exchange Policies


We are happy to accept returns.

If there is a defect or problem with a product you receive in the mail, we will cover the return shipping costs as long as you can confirm the defect and send documentation. For these cases, defects do not include color and/or size variations.

If the product arrives and you are unhappy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the product but will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to return the item back to Morocco.


We are not able to accommodate exchanges for any products, except for our carpet boots.

As handmade boots may slightly vary, customers can exchange boots for another size as long as they are not worn. The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility, as well as the new shipping cost for the exchanged pair.

If you would like to exchange your product, you can simply return the item and purchase a different item through our shop as a new order. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
